For all returns, please contact us first, so that we can give you the procedure to follow and the shipping details for returns.
You can return an item to us within 14 days, if it has not been unpacked or used without having to justify the reasons. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange of your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned, in particular personalized products (names, colors, etc.).

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to email@example.com so that we can tell you the terms.
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will know that you have returned the item.
To return a product, you must send it by post or mondial relay to the address that we will communicate to you.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
We will provide you with a return slip or you will receive a refund of the return costs only for a reason for return that is our fault (damaged item, bad reference, etc.)

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
