Delivery zone
Most items can be delivered anywhere in the world . Delivery is free in Europe (*excluding certain islands for cost reasons) and in Switzerland. For other shipping zones a flat rate of €10 is applied and will be adjusted as accurately as possible.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address that the customer indicates to us during the ordering process. It is not possible to change this address once the order has been processed.
delivery time
We ship each order from our sites abroad or from France, kidyhome manages the shipping and packaging process. We undertake to process your order within 72 hours except for certain personalized products, this deadline excludes weekends or public holidays.
An automatic message will be sent to you when your order is shipped with your tracking number, provided the email address on the registration form is correct. Please check your SPAM carefully.
Delivery times & costs
Delivery times vary depending on the item and are clearly indicated to you on the descriptions of each product. We try to offer deliveries of 2 to 4 weeks maximum; Most packages are delivered in less than 15 days for France. You may receive your order in several packages for logistical reasons.

DELIVERY Terms
The package will be delivered directly to your home unless you are absent, the package can be dropped off at a post office or relay point. A delivery notice will then have been left in your mailbox, we invite you to quickly pick it up or reschedule a delivery before the package is returned to us.
Please provide us with a telephone number to contact you at the time of delivery, the telephone numbers collected will not be used for commercial purposes only transmitted to the carrier.
Follow my package
Your tracking number will be available on your kidyhome account if you have opened one and in any case you will receive the number by email (remember to check your SPAM) and messengers if you have activated notifications.
Most packages are traceable via the La Poste website (for France), private parcel , or Bpost for Belgium or your local post office, however you have to wait a few days for the tracking to be visible, if the tracking does not work you can try directly on this site which brings together many carriers and allows you to track your delivery from start to finish.
If you are unable to track your order, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can help you track the delivery of your order.
DELIVERY Issues
We are not responsible for delivery problems and also firstly please inquire with the carrier and open a complaint if necessary. However, we will try to help you in these steps and will try to find a solution to satisfy you. This is our priority. If you encounter a problem during the delivery process, do not hesitate to contact us. We nevertheless ask you to wait at least the 30 days of delivery time announced before filing a complaint and contacting the carrier directly first.
If a package is delivered to you damaged, we invite you to refuse it so that we can quickly compensate you.
Payment
We accept payments directly by credit card (visa, mastercard) via a secure and encrypted device. You can also use the Paypal payment platform, with buyer protection.
We do not accept payment by check or bank transfer except in exceptional circumstances, contact us first.
